I am loving my NutriBullet and creating healthy smoothies has become a snap. I love finding smoothie recipes online and finding fruit and vegetable combinations that I enjoy. This smoothie combo came inspired by the seedless watermelons that I found at HEB, my local grocery store. We all know watermelon is juicy and refreshing. Even though watermelon is mostly water and sugar, there are many hidden health benefits.
Watermelon are sources of vitamin C and vitamin A and can help prevent cardiovascular disease and relieve muscle soreness.
Raspberries are yummy and have several health benefits also. These little berries can help with infertility, slow the aging process and fight depression and mood changing disorders.
We all know pomegranate is a super fruit. I don’t like getting all of the little seeds out of the fruit so I buy Pomegranate juice. It helps fight the flu, reduce inflammation, fight lung and prostate cancer and keeps your skin looking younger.
- 1 cup Watermelon
- ½ cup rasperries
- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet or blender and mix until smooth.
Try out my newest smoothie and let me know how it goes. I loved it and I am sure you will too.
