Halloween is quickly approaching and I just had to create a bit of Halloween inspired spider nail art.
Ghouls, goblins, and spiders are what you think when you imagine Halloween. But I thought of Landon, HA. He was rocking the cutest Halloween inspired outfit when we visited the pumpkin patch to get a pumpkin. He was so cute in his bright green shirt and spiderweb pants and bibdanna. I just couldn’t resist and designed my nails to match.
I made my pinky nail my accent nail with a bright green base using Kleancolor TLC then hand drew a spider with black acrylic paint. I used Sally Hansen Black Out on the rest of my nails and handpainted spiderwebs on each nail using white acrylic paint. To get the tiny lines I used my Pure Color #9 Liner brush from WhatsUpNails.
I can admit, this is not the cleanest nail art design I have created. Remember I am just getting back into the swing of things after not doing pretty much any nail art for a year after having Landon. It’s pretty hard to focus and concentrate on nail art when you have a 1 year old toddler running around.
